For several years now, we have been returning to our roots and preparing a traditional "zabijačka" for our lovely guests in the winter. We invite you once again to our historically fifth castle killing with all the pomp on 21.02 - 23.02.2025. We cordially invite you to our beautiful castle courtyard. In previous years, the weather was kind to us and it was a great show - there really is nothing wrong with dining outside in winter. Piglet from Český Dvor in Havlíčkov Brod in organic quality will be processed for you by our great castle kitchen team, the guys already have a lot of experience after previous butchers. There will be all the traditional goodies such as cracklings, intestines, eggs, killer soup and more, in addition to the castle's freshly baked bread and cucumbers that we canned in the summer, mustard and other goodies. A good mood will also be ensured thanks to sparkling music. In addition, you will be able to roast fresh sausages yourself over the fire, where we will also prepare potatoes from our field under the castle granary on coals. So if you like meat in all its forms, come! There will also be traditional Mardi Gras donuts. And since it is usually really cold in the Highlands in winter, let us pamper you during these special weekends in the unique castle Wellness & Spa by L'Occitane, where a magical world of saunas awaits you, a pool under historic vaults, a whirlpool in an ancient tower and a magical silencarium under the arcades of the orangery overlooking a snowy English park. And what's more, you won't leave the castle empty-handed after this weekend.
